The rise and proliferation of Generative AI has been one of the fastest and most significant technology developments of recent times.

As a firm, we decided that the impact of Generative AI on what we do is significant enough that it requires a policy to help us navigate the issues it raises. We also think it’s important to provide transparency to our clients and stakeholders about our approach to Generative AI and how we intend to use it.

So, we’ve decided to publish our Generative AI Policy.

In doing so, we hope not only to provide transparency about what we’re doing, but to assist others who are grappling with the issues raised by Generative AI. Our policy won’t be a template for everyone (or even every law firm) but we hope it’s a useful reference.
